This policy explains how NearMe Networks, LLC (“we”) handles information on ShoppingNearMe.com.

No tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or any cookies. We do not sell or share personal information. If this ever changes, we will update this page first.

Contact form

If you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to read and reply to you, keep them only as long as needed for that purpose, and do not add you to any mailing list.

Business submissions

If you submit a store or a locations API/feed, we receive the business details you enter (which may be published once approved) and your contact name, email, phone, and role or title (which are not published). We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the submission time to prevent spam. We use contact details only to verify and follow up on your submission. We never ask for API keys or passwords in the form. If a feed needs credentials, we’ll contact you to arrange a secure handoff. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving spam check that does not use advertising cookies. To correct or remove a submission, use the contact form.

Hosting

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use this data to identify you.

Other websites

When you follow a link to a retailer, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

To ask us to delete a message you sent, use the contact form. California residents may have additional rights under state law, which we will honor.
