ShoppingNearMe.com (the “Site”) is operated by NearMe Networks, LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

What the Site does

The Site is a free directory that links to retailers’ official store locators. We do not sell products, process orders, or set prices, hours or availability.

Third-party sites

Links take you to websites we do not control. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

No affiliation; trademarks

Logos and names are trademarks of their respective owners. ShoppingNearMe.com is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer. Names and logos are used only to identify each retailer and link to it.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information may be incomplete or out of date; please confirm details with the retailer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NearMe Networks, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or linked sites.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site, including sending spam through the contact form or attempting to disrupt the service.

Business submissions and data feeds

If you submit store information or a locations API/feed through our Add your store page, you confirm you are authorized to represent that business and that the information is accurate. You grant NearMe Networks, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, store, and publicly list the submitted information on the Site, and, for an API or feed, to access it and index and display the store locations it provides, until you ask us in writing to stop. Every submission is reviewed and we may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. Submitting does not create any partnership, endorsement, or paid relationship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
